Our staff ethos at both care homes is the same: to look after your loved ones just as you would, ensuring dignity, care and compassion at all times.
All our staff, from those on the front desk and in the kitchens, to our nurses and care staff, adhere to the same ethos and high standards.
At our residential care homes, all our staff work hard to ensure our residents are always safe and well cared for. We listen carefully to and respond to your loved one’s needs and we’ll go that extra mile to ensure everyone feels at home and secure at all times. This allows you to relax, knowing your loved one is always meticulously cared for. There is no substitute for this kind of peace of mind and it’s why MG Care Homes are the residential care homes of choice for families in Tunbridge Wells.
Here’s a bit more detail about the care and service you can expect when your loved one stays with us at one of our residential care homes in Tunbridge Wells, thanks to our professional team.
It goes without saying that we always ensure enough staff are on duty and that all staff are trained and possess the skills needed to ensure our residents are safely cared for. We make sure all our equipment is well maintained and everyone’s belongings are kept safe and secure. Any incidents and accidents are quickly and openly dealt with and investigated properly when required, and we always learn from our mistakes. Staff ensure all medicines are stored and administered safely and our residential care homes are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
Treating our residents with the dignity and respect they deserve is paramount. While they are staying in a residential care home, it is still their home, and we want them to feel involved in decisions about their lives. We regularly ask their views about the quality and choice of food on offer and other aspects of the home.
We want our residents to be as independent as possible and seek their advice on any adaptations or decoration to the home.
Our staff also give your loved ones as much choice and control as possible about their health needs and personal preferences. We take the time to learn what your residents enjoy doing as hobbies and ensure everyone is as involved as they’d like to be in the community at our homes.
Our care home managers always make sure our staff understand what is expected of them. They also ensure our workforce is happy and enjoy striving to provide the best care at our homes. This benefits everyone – our staff and our residents.
All our staff have the confidence to report any concerns about colleagues, carers or other professionals to our management and when they do so we guarantee they are properly supported, and their concerns are thoroughly investigated. Excellent communication within our residential care homes is central to our success and helps us to keep providing the very best care.
At MG Care homes, our highly capable and caring staff are always working to the highest standards. Every day we reflect on our learning and question if there is more we could be doing.
At the centre of everything we do is your loved one, who you can rest assured is being cared for by the friendliest, most professional and compassionate team possible.

"Since my mother has been in Warwick Park I have been very impressed with the genuine caring nature of all the staff, nurses, carers etc. You can tell that they mean it with their caring nature. The activities coordinator is a breath of fresh air. She brightens up the residents' days with all the activities and visiting helpers with a theme almost every day. I am very happy that we chose Warwick Park as mum's new home."
