Teri - Activities Co-ordinator

Hiya, I'm Teri the Activities Co-ordinator.

I have been working for MG Homes since January 2015. I am one of 3 activities co-ordinators. We develop a weekly activity plan according to the resident’s preferences and their life history.

We try to incorporate the local community into the home, bringing external life to the residents. I really enjoy my job because the team are great and supportive, and the residents are very happy.

I get great job satisfaction from making the residents smile in a happy environment.
